Thank you for shopping with Core Drill Blocks! We're proudly based in New Zealand and ship our products to customers throughout New Zealand and around the world.

This policy explains our shipping process, delivery expectations, and important information about international customs charges.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from New Zealand.

  • New Zealand orders: Shipped using courier services arranged through GoSweetSpot.

  • International orders: Shipped via FedEx international courier services.

Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather, carrier disruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination, order weight and available shipping services.

For international orders, shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other import-related fees. These charges are separate from the cost of shipping and are the customer's responsibility.

International Orders – Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

IMPORTANT: International customers are responsible for paying all applicable import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees and other import-related charges associated with their orders.

All international orders are shipped from New Zealand via FedEx, with import duties and taxes payable by the recipient.

Please note:

  • Import duties, tariffs, taxes and customs-related fees are NOT included in the product prices or shipping charges displayed at checkout.

  • These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and/or FedEx and are the customer's responsibility.

  • FedEx may request payment before delivery, at delivery, or issue an invoice after the shipment has been delivered.

  • Customers are responsible for paying these charges regardless of when they are invoiced.

United States Customers

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to US import tariffs, customs duties, taxes and FedEx clearance or processing fees.

All such charges are the responsibility of the US customer, not Core Drill Blocks.

These charges are separate from the product price and shipping costs paid at checkout. FedEx may invoice customers directly, including after their order has been delivered.

Refusal or Failure to Pay Import Charges

If a customer refuses or fails to pay applicable import duties, taxes, tariffs or related fees, their shipment may be delayed, held by customs, returned to New Zealand or deemed undeliverable.

If FedEx subsequently invoices Core Drill Blocks for import charges that are the customer's responsibility, we reserve the right to recover those costs from the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where an order is returned due to unpaid import charges, any refund will be assessed once the goods have been received and inspected. Shipping, return shipping, customs and associated costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

By placing an international order, customers acknowledge and agree to their responsibility for these charges, subject to applicable law.

We recommend checking your country's import requirements and potential charges before placing an order.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Available shipping destinations will be displayed at checkout.

If your country is not listed, please contact us to enquire about shipping options.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number and link.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available or update in the carrier's system.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.

Additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information may be passed on to the customer where permitted by law.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll do our best to accommodate requests before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and relevant consumer protection laws.
